Dr Diana Stanley trained as a physician in the UK and worked in general practice before beginning her career in publishing at the BMJ Evidence Centre in 2011. She joined the inaugural team of The Lancet Respiratory Medicine in 2012 where she is now Deputy Editor for the journal, based in the New York office.
