I completed my PhD in Human Genetics and Molecular Oncology at the European School of Molecular Medicine (SEMM), in Milan. Italy, before moving to the UK to continue my research as a postdoctoral research associate at Imperial College London. I then worked in different life science industries and joined The Lancet Respiratory Medicine as a part-time deputy editor in 2024. I am particularly interested in clinical trials and public health interventions, and I have recently obtained an MSc in Public Health from The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in London, UK.
